  • Boarding begins at the reserved start time, regardless of arrival.

  • DJ Setup Access – DJs are permitted 30 minutes of early access before the scheduled start time.

Yes, group arrival timing matters, as boarding procedures vary based on the yacht type:

Single-Floor, Double-Decker, and Signature Sailboats (2–24 passengers)

  • All passengers must be present before boarding begins due to potential rough waters at the dock.

  • Your paid charter time starts at the reserved slot, so late arrivals reduce total time onboard (e.g., if your 4-hour charter runs from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, arriving at 12:45 PM means your trip still ends at 4:00 PM).

  • Boarding & Disembarkation Timing: The first and last 10 minutes of your charter are allocated for boarding and disembarkation.

Mega Yacht Charters (2–100 Guests)

  • Boarding begins at the scheduled start time, but guests can choose to wait for late arrivals.

  • Any delay in departure reduces total onboard time (e.g., if your 4-hour charter runs from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, waiting until 12:45 PM for guests means your trip still ends at 4:00 PM).

  • Boarding & Disembarkation Timing: The first and last 20 minutes of your charter are allocated for boarding and disembarkation.

Empress of Canada (101–489 Guests)

  • Boarding starts at the scheduled time, but guests can choose to wait for late arrivals.

  • Any delay in departure reduces total onboard time (e.g., if your 4-hour charter runs from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, waiting until 12:45 PM for guests means your trip still ends at 4:00 PM).
